Copperfield was started in 1978 in Tulsa, Oklahoma by Robert T. Daniels (Bob Daniels). Bob is still active as Founder of the company.

Seasonal Ordertaker
Copperfield, a leading national wholesaler of chimney and hearth supplies, is seeking Seasonal Ordertakers to take telephone calls during our busiest time of the year September through November. A detailed and thorough training course begins July 10 and completes in August with a trip to our Illinois warehouse. Full time employment Continues through November. Three 8 hour shifts are available between 7:00 am and 7:00pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent, friendly customer service both to internal and external Copperfield customers by establishing and maintaining positive working relationships.
- Takes phone orders and is available for various projects for other departments.
- Process 2500+ calls per month
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and is able to work extra hours or cover shifts as necessary.
Technical Skills:
- Exceptional skills in keyboard and operating computer systems.
- Telephone skills
Physical Demands:
- This position requires sitting for long periods of time.
- This position requires a clear and understandable speaking voice and the ability to speak for long periods of time.
Skills:
- Demonstrates the ability to work well with people, both with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to work without supervision.
