  • NOTE - You’ll also need the 8" or 12" support triangles (depending on form length), 15' nylon ratchet strap, and a quart of Concrete Release Agent, ALL SOLD SEPARATELY

These crown forms provide for 3-1/2" of concrete, have a built-in drip edge, allow a 2" overhang to reduce freeze/thaw damage, and can be reused many times. Kits contain six Styrofoam form sides, each 5' 4" in length. A cardboard template for 45° cutting, support wires, and instructions are also included.
